I got this Chattahoochee Council CSP when I briefly lived in Columbus, Georgia back in the mid 80's. Unfortunately I was not active in Scouting then due to time constraints but was planning on getting involved as an adult leader. However before I had the chance, my wife and I moved to Florida.

I picked up this CSP on ebay noticing that the border for this is baby blue rather than red. Other than the border color change, the design seems to be almost identical. According to collector's guides this was given out as a special award issue and were made in very limited quantities.
