I obtained this Evangeline Area Council (Louisiana) CSP during a nice trading session at the Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimmaron, New Mexico. This council has a very nice 2001 National Jamboree CSP in carnival (better [yet incorrectly] known to many visitors as "Mardi Gras") colors (purple, gold & green) that I hope to find someday and add to this page.
(Just a note to those thinking I am out of my mind with my comment about Mardi Gras above -- To be technically correct, the entire festival season is properly referred to as "Carnival." Mardi Gras (French for "Fat Tuesday") is the final day of Carnival that takes place before Ash Wednesday which is the first day of Lent. Also, contrary to popular belief, Carnival in the United States did not originate in New Orleans, Louisiana but actually in Mobile, Alabama. It's a fact!)
