First Baptist Church

On U.S. Highway 90 near the beach was First Baptist Church of Gulfport, Mississippi. In June, 2006 the property was fenced off for safety's sake and I took a few photos of what used to be their auditorium. You can see the balcony area in the photo above. After the hurricane, several national news organizations featured the complex in their video. NBC News even originated from in front of First Baptist Church for a couple of broadcasts with Brian Williams.
