Weight Loss Update
I neglected to mention this right after it happened, but three weeks ago, I had an appointment with my surgeon, Dr. Eliot Sieloff, to check on my weight loss progress after my gastric bypass surgery in March of 2006. I weighed in at 243 pounds. That’s now a loss of over 180 pounds, folks! I’m shooting for 20 more to make it to the 200 pounds lost mark. Furthermore, I hope to make it down to at least 200 pounds or less in body weight. Right now my wife is going through the year-long program as set out by the HMO we now have in hopes she will be approved for gastric bypass surgery as well.
