Tracking Tropical Storm Fay (August 16, 2008)
Tropical Storm Fay is headed for Cuba right now and this is the latest storm tracker. Too early to tell if it will come close to us in Tallahassee but it’s very early. Various models currently having it going as far west as Mobile, Alabama and as far east as off the coast of Jacksonville, Florida. Local meteorologists are reporting that by Monday or Tuesday they will have a better idea of where it will be going. Right now I’m not too worried about it and more than likely it won’t be any stronger than a Cat. 1 whenever it does get this far north. But I will personally monitor it.
