Tracking Tropical Storm Fay (August 19, 2008)
It’s interesting how much has changed in regards to the projected path of Tropical Storm Fay. Now due to various atmospheric conditions including, but not limited to, a stalled frontal system in south Georgia/Alabama, it is more likely that Fay will make a turn westward and bring lots of rain to the Tallahassee area. By that time it will a depression or just a low pressure area but it will still have plenty of rain with winds and possible tornadoes and hail. According to local meteorologists, it could be in this area by possibly Thursday or Friday.
