Here Comes Reverend Ike…er…Hurricane Ike
Okay, pardon me for getting the blowhards mixed up (he writes with tongue firmly planted in cheek), but it’s possible, albeit seemingly more unlikely, that Ike (the hurricane, not the charlatan preacher) might head towards us in the Big Bend region of Florida. One way or the other, it’s going into the Gulf of Mexico but as of today, it’s very difficult to predict with any sense of accuracy where it will make landfall. The Florida Keys are again in evacuation mode and it’s entirely possible that more hurricanes may come their way before the season ends.
