Mississippi State Bulldogs vs. Auburn Tigers

Mississippi State Bulldogs

Wow! Who’d a thunk it! Mississippi State actually beat Auburn on the road by a final score of 19-14. Maybe they aren’t as bad as I originally thought. I’m not completely convinced since the Bulldogs have always had one game in them each season where they played well above their potential. Was this game the one? We shall see.

Next week, the Bulldogs have the homefield advantage when they play Gardner-Webb.

Who?

Gardner-Webb? Isn’t that a law firm or something like that? No? It’s a four-year private university 50 miles west of Charlotte in Boiling Springs, North Carolina and is affiliated with the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina? Why didn’t you just SAY so?!?
